LEAD PASTOR

Dave is one of our lead pastors and our primary preaching pastor. He’s a bit unhinged and not exactly a normal pastor… but he’s been on staff so long we’ve forgotten what’s normal anyway. He’s surprisingly good at pastoral care and loves to see people meet Jesus.

LEAD PASTOR

Jess is our other lead pastor. She is a big picture thinker and a gifted teacher. Her love for God shines through everything she does. She overseas several ministries at LT and brings a spiritual wisdom beyond her years. Jess is a delightful person and all round good human.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

Dom has been at LT since the start and has always been instrumental in innovation, evangelism, and bringing the fun. With a passion for Jesus, Red Frogs, 100% hOPE and more, Dom is the best, and we love her heaps!

We needed some wisdom on the team, so we grabbed the nearest Grandpa in Rob! Luckily he is extremely experienced, has a heart for the church, and loves to love people in any way possible! Rob is a blessing to our team and we thank God for him and his family.

Jim is the best! He’s silly, prophetically gifted, and uses his accounting experience to oversee and steer our finances. We love Jim’s heart for transparency and accountability, and appreciate the wisdom he brings to the role.

If our events run well, there is a good chance Sara was involved. She is super capable, great at hooking in new people, and a vital part of the LT team. An entire demographic of people at LT can be traced back to Sara’s influence.

I know it’s unfair to dig up a 16-year-old Facebook photo, but when Ryan isn’t growing questionable moustaches, he’s managing risk in a massive local organisation. Thankfully, he uses those skills to make sure LT is safe, compliant, and operating well.

Don’t let Alizah’s position on this list fool you. If I had my way, Alizah would be running the show. She is capable, efficient, gifted, and super kind. She is an admin guru and keeps us thinking effectively and strategically.

You will be hard pressed to find a nicer guy than Jonothan. He is an absolute legend and he oversees our maintenance and venue improvements. We love Jonothan heaps and appreciate his servant leadership.
